Dakota Smith 
Poet, Writer, and Editor

Dakota Smith received her MFA in Creative Writing with an emphasis in Poetry from Randolph College and her BA in English from the University of Colorado. She curates and performs in multidisciplinary art shows in New York City and elsewhere. With a background as a creative writer, ghostwriter, editor, and journalist, and ten years of experience in editorial and publishing, she is invested in the power of storytelling to inspire collective action. Her writing can be found in The Rumpus, Good River Review, The Westchester Review, Impostor Journal, and Vagabond City Lit.
